Wanna walk to Uni? These houses are less than 5min walking distance from the Polytechnic of Turin (350m), so no need to have a car or take public transportation (although the train station is 1km away and you can walk there in 15min! Also there’s plenty of buses and trams of course!)

Short term lease, perfect for Erasmus students. These houses are reserved for exchange student or international students (lease can be extended if needed).

The apartments are under construction, you can write us to receive updates, visits will take places toward completion of the apt, the complex is in Via Virle 9-11, about 350 meters (.22 miles) from one the Via Paolo Borsellino entrance of Polytechnic of Turin (Aula M, Aula R, and so on). In the month of August 2023 interested people can visit the place and receive lease contracts to check them (Italian + English translation side-by-side), but lease will not start until September 2023. The houses are in an historical building but completely new (tenants will be the first to live there!)
